Tickets and refunds
The room is small. A seat you can't use is a seat nobody gets, so it's easy to give it back.
Change your mind, up to 24 hours before
Your confirmation email has a link to your ticket, and that page has a cancel link. Use it any time up to 24 hours before we start and the ticket comes back to you as a credit for what you paid. No reason needed, and you don't have to write to me. The seat goes back into the room, usually to someone waiting for it.
What a credit is
Money, not a particular seat. Spend it on any future session, all at once or across a few, and it doesn't expire. The link to spend it is in the email that arrives when the credit is issued.
Inside the last 24 hours
The cancel link closes and the seat stays yours. If something real happened, write to me — I'd rather hear from you than watch a mat sit empty. I can't promise it in advance, which is why it isn't a rule.
If I cancel or move a session
Your money comes back to the card you paid with, or stays as a credit for a later night — your choice, and I'll ask which. A refund takes a few days to show up on your statement. That part is the bank, not me.
Sold out
Join the waitlist and I'll email you the moment a seat opens. The link in that email holds it for you for 24 hours; after that it goes to the next person.
Sending someone else instead
Write to me and I'll put the seat in their name. The list at the door is by name, so I need to know before you send them.
How the money moves
Payment runs through Stripe. Your card details go to them, never to me. Anything refunded goes back to the card that paid.
If you bought a ticket through Eventbrite, the same terms hold — write to me and I'll sort it out. Anything else about a ticket you're holding, the fastest answer is a reply to your confirmation email, or the contact form.
